Most photocopy services begin at $25.00 with a further charge for additional copies. Additional copies are usually charged from $1.50 to $5.00.

We accept payment in Australian dollars only. You can use Visa, MasterCard or pay by bank cheque. We do not accept overseas personal cheques. An additional $3.65 postage/handling fee is also charged.

During the online order process, verify that the entries you have selected are correct, fill in your details and select 'Submit Your order'. From there you will have the option to pay online or print out the order form and fax/mail it back to us with your payment. Online payment is via the Westpac Secure Payment System.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can also pay by cheque or money order if you are posting your order.

We will despatch the copies within 15 working days of receiving payment. Urgent orders will be completed within 5 working days and a 25% surcharge will apply.

Note: Some indexes do not have a copy order service. This may be because the records are fragile and are at further risk of damage if photocopied. Sometimes the files are very large in size and in these cases copies can only be ordered in the reading room after viewing the records.
