Sydney - Digital recordkeeping: guidelines, EDRMS and change management
The March 2009 Records Managers Forum was held at the Level 4 Conference Room, NSW Department of Commerce, McKell Building, 2-24 Rawson Place (cnr George Street), Haymarket.
This was the first forum for 2009 and for the first time, all presentations were recorded and are available as a podcast.
Presenters included:

- Greg Navin, City of Ryde Council - Implementing EDRMS that supports improved business process
- Michael Smith, University of Western Sydney - Change management aspects of implementing EDRMS
