Records Managers Forum - 8 November 2010
Sydney - Report on the ICT attitudes survey findings; Delivering recordkeeping projects in collaboration with business and ICT professionals at the University of Sydney; Digital recordkeeping - are we at a tipping point?
The November Records Managers Forum was held in Sydney at the McKell Building with 53 attendees. The Forum's theme was recordkeeping professionals and ICT professionals working together to support sound business outcomes in the digital environment. This included the following presentations:
- May Robertson, Records Manager, The University of Sydney, on the collaboration between recordkeeping and ICT professionals on projects
- Janet Knight from State Records, presenting on the findings of the recent survey of ICT attitudes to recordkeeping, and
- Cassie Findlay from State Records, reprising a paper delivered at the 2010 Australian Society of Archivists conference; Digital recordkeeping: Are we at a tipping point?
