* Requirements in the Standard on Counter Disaster Strategies for Records and Recordkeeping Systems came into effect on 21 June 2002.  The standard will be monitored from 1 January 2004.

** Requirements in the Standard on Full and Accurate Records and the Standard on Managing a Records Management Program came into effect on 23 April 2004.

*** Requirements in the Standard on the appraisal and disposal of State records came into effect on 18 April 2007.
