How to register for records management training

Please complete one registration form for each course you wish to attend and for each person.

Where to send your registration form
If the course is run by State Records fax the completed form to (02) 8247 8626.
Registrations for courses run by our training partners should be faxed to them; see contact details below.
Making your payment
Two weeks before the course we will send our invoice and a confirmation with details about how to find us. Please do not send payment until you receive our invoice. Payment should be made within seven days of receipt of the invoice. Cheques should be made payable to State Records.
