Public notice about Macquarie's journey over the Blue Mountains (8 of 15)

Dated 10 June 1815 Describing Macquarie's recent 'tour' over the Blue Mountains and Bathurst. Arriving at the end of the exploration by Blaxland, Wentworth and Lawson, Macquarie names three "beautiful high hills" in their honour: 'Mount Blaxland’, Wentworth’s Sugar Loaf, and Lawson’s Sugar Loaf’ NRS 1046 [SZ759, page 107; Reel 6038]
