Public notice about Macquarie's journey over the Blue Mountains (12 of 15)
Dated 10 June 1815 Describing Macquarie's recent 'tour' over the Blue Mountains and Bathurst. To the west of Bathurst the timber "is much inferior both in size and quality to that within the present Colony..." There has also been no sign of coal or lime but plenty of game.
