Last Will and Testament
This is the first page of a two page will enclosed in the probate packet of Louisa. Her son and daughter-in-law, Peter and Elizabeth Lawson were the executors and main beneficiaries of the will. Louisa specifically bequeaths the copyright on all her 'poems, stories, literary works, essays or other matter' to her son. Louisa also mentions any benefits of the patents she had taken out as going to Peter as well. An initial search for these patents turned up no results in Louisa's name.
