Reading rooms

Please note: effective from 30 June 2012 State Records will close its city reading room at 2 Globe Street, The Rocks. Reading room services at the Western Sydney Records Centre will be unchanged.

We have two reading rooms where you can view State archives in original or copied form:

• The Western Sydney Records Centre (WSRC) is at 143 O'Connell Street, Kingswood (original archives and microform)
• The Sydney Records Centre (SRC) is at 2 Globe Street, The Rocks, Sydney (microform only)

Reading rooms - Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm
• Saturday - 10am-4pm (Kingswood only)
• Sundays & Public Holidays - Closed
