Reading Room access to probate packets
From Monday 9 November the probate packet retrieval service will be temporarily disrupted.
There are temporary access issues in the storage area where the probate packets are held.
Probate packets will be retrieved from the storage areas at the following times:
Weekdays
- 9.20am
- 11.20am
- 1.20pm
- 2.20pm
Saturdays
- 10.20am
- 11.20am
- 2.20pm
A limit of four packets per researcher may be requested each time. You can also preorder up to four packets prior to your visit to the Western Sydney Reading Room. Preorders must be received by 2.00pm TWO days before issue in the reading room (excluding Saturdays).
