State Records is committed to providing a quality service to all its clients. Archives in Brief 18 describes our guarantee of serivce for:

reading rooms
enquiries
copying
extension activities
publications, and
the website.

We appreciate any feedback about our services. We have 'suggestion boxes' in both the Sydney and Western Sydney Records Centres for your convenience and our staff are always happy to discuss ideas or concerns you may have about our services.
