Intestate Estate Files copy service

Curator of Intestate Estate: Case Papers, 1821-1913 are available for the public to access in our reading room at the Western Sydney Records Centre 143 O'Connell Street, Kingswood. More about the records ยป

For those who cannot visit we are offering the Intestate Estate Case Papers Copying Service. The fee for this service is $45.00. This includes the copies, the administrative fee and postage/handling.

What we will copy

We will copy the Intestate Estate Case Papers in their entirety or copies to the value of $30.00. We cannot look for particular documents as this would involve research and we do not undertake research on behalf of enquirers.

If the number of documents in the file exceeds copies to the value of $30.00 you will be contacted and asked if you are willing to pay an additional amount to have the remainder of the file copied. If you do not wish to pay the additional amount, the copies will be made in the order in which the documents are stored.

What information do you need to provide to obtain copies?

To order copies you will need to provide:

  • surname
  • first name
  • year of death
  • Intestate Estate Case Paper number
  • Container/Box number (if known)
