Pre-order records for your visit to the Western Sydney Records Centre
Get the most research out of your day by pre-ordering records in advance of your visit. Make your request at least 2 working days ahead of your visit and the records will be waiting for you to view when you arrive at the reading room in Western Sydney.
You can order up to four original record items (including probate packets) in advance. All original records are stored at the Western Sydney Records Centre, where they can be viewed. We do not transfer records between offices.
You do not need to preorder copied material such as microfilm reels or microfiche as these items are on open access in the reading room.
You will need a reader's ticket to view original records.
