1. Mittagong Farmhome for Boys, 1907-1921 (NRS 13361)

This series records the name, age, date of committal, offence, name of parent or guardian, character of parents and home surroundings, maintenance orders and remarks. Also included is a list of boys transferred from the training ship Sobraon, June 1911, upon its abolition.
Note: Not all entries in the original volume are complete, therefore there may be some blank columns in this index.
2. Randwick Asylum for Destitute Children, 1852-1915 (NRS 13362)

This series records details of children admitted into the asylums managed by the Society for the Relief of Destitute Children and includes: date of admission, name, age, whether able to read and write, religion of parents, a note regarding the previous history of the child and reasons for admission.

It was compiled from a number of different records series from several Industrial schools in NSW and records the child's name, age, institution, committal or conviction date, date of discharge and remarks.
