Reading room closing on Mondays - effective Monday 4 Feburary. Read more »
All original records are stored at the Western Sydney Records Centre, where they can be viewed.
Get the most research out of your day by pre-ordering records in advance of your visit. We recommend that you make your request at least 2 working days ahead of your visit to the Western Sydney Reading Room.
You do not need to pre-order copied material such as microfilm reels or microfiche as these items are on open access in the reading room.
You will need a reader's ticket to view original records.
How to pre-order

You can preorder by selecting an item in Collection Search. Once you have found the entry you are looking for, click on the Preorder button in the middle of the Item screen. This will take you to the preorder form. Complete the form and submit your order.
