Saturday 26 June 2021
In line with decisions made by the NSW Government, NSW State Archives will today close the Reading Room at the Western Sydney Records Centre to the public until further notice. This action is being taken to help protect the health of all visitors and staff and minimise the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in the state.
The safety and wellbeing of our members, visitors, staff, volunteers and the community are our priority. Any update to these restrictions will be communicated by the NSW Government in due course and up to date information about the operations of NSW State Archives will be provided on our website.
Our Engagement & Access Services Team will contact all customers who have made bookings to attend the Reading Room and advise them of the closure. Please direct any inquiries to T: (02) 9673 1788 or E: email@example.com
Further official information and advice on COVID-19 is available from the NSW Government (https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19) website.
While our front doors may be closed, we will continue to provide research advice and guidance via the contact us page on our website and to share stories from the State Archives collection with you every day.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
