Video: Message from Meggsie (1947)

“Message from Meggsie” is an educational road safety film produced by the Road Safety Council of NSW and aimed at school children. Crossing the road safely, public transport safety and safe bicycle riding are among the topics covered. The film is introduced by Jim Bancks, creator of comic strip character Ginger Meggs. Drawings of Ginger Meggs also feature in the film.
