• 30 May 2019 to remove classes covered by FA404, Provision and regulation of childcare services. 
• November 2020 by the addition of a note in relation to records of COVID-19 contact tracing app data to entry 8.1.3.
• July 2021 by the addition of a note in relation to COVID-19 testing of health staff in entry 8.1.3
