State Archives and Records NSW also offers a comprehensive program of short course training for records management staff. While these courses do not provide a specific qualification, they are designed to give participants practical and comprehensive knowledge of records management requirements and tools in the NSW public sector. Descriptions of all courses offered and dates are included in the current training course calendar.
We also offer a number of free online training modules on records management and recordkeeping in the NSW public sector. The online training modules are tailored for Managers, Records managers and staff, ICT Professionals, and for raising recordkeeping awareness amongst all staff in the organisation.
If your organisation does not have the in-house expertise or skills to undertake particular projects, you may wish to seek the services of a consultant.
