This 2 day course covers the fundamental principles and practices of records management. It provides participants with a basic understanding of the activities involved in managing both paper and digital records.
The Records Managers Forum promotes communication between NSW public sector records managers and provides an opportunity to exchange news, discuss issues of current concern and highlight achievements and projects in NSW Government agencies.
Themes for past Forums have included disaster management, the State Records Act, guidelines for transferring records as archives and digital recordkeeping systems implementation.
The Forums are held on a quarterly basis and attendance is limited to NSW public sector employees.
