You can order up to four record items (including probate packets) in advance. All original records are stored at the Western Sydney Records Centre, where they can be viewed. We do not transfer records between offices.

How to pre-order

Simply fill out the form below and provide as much detail about the record(s) as you can. If you are unsure of the information you need to provide please email us before you fill in the form. You also need a reader's ticket to view original records.

When to pre-order

We suggest that you place your order at least two working days prior to your visit. Pre-orders received after 3.30pm (Sydney time) will not be actioned until the following working day.
