Digital copies of original records and microformed records can be ordered using the forms below:

- Digital Copy Order form for existing digital images (including those from the digital gallery) and microform (PDF, 182kb)
What can we copy?
We can copy items up to 1.6m in length and 1.2m in width. Colour digital images are taken from original (uncopied) archives if no microform copy exists. For preservation reasons, where there is a microform copy, the digital image is taken from the microform (in black and white).
Copies are provided on CD and prints of digital images can be provided at an additional charge. These charges are outlined on the order form.
How much does this service cost?
Digital copies from original records
The cost of the service is a flat rate of $25.00 per image copied from an original record, the CD and administrative fee (postage is extra). Please note that additional charges may be incurred for the postage of prints.
Digital copies from existing digital images or micorform sources
The cost of copying existing digital images or digital images from microform is $25.00 for the first image and $5.00 for each additional image from a copied (digital/microform) source.
